Two Killed by Sniper
in Spain: "Two people were killed Thursday by a sniper who opened fire on pedestrians on a busy street in this southeastern Spanish city.Police arrested two men after the shootings.
The arrest was carried out by members of an elite National Police unit who forced their way into a house in which a sniper had holed up located near a hospital in the heavily traveled area of Cartagena.
Official sources said that the shooting could be linked to a settling of scores among common criminals fighting over control of drug corners.
